Q: Will I need to activate or certify my Reader software before I can begin reading my eBook?
A. You will not have to activate or certify your Reader software before you can read your eBook. While this is a common step for other eBooks you might buy, our eBooks are created in the standard PDF eDocument format. This eliminates the need for activation and certification of your Reader software.
Q: What happens when I place my order?
A. Once you submit your order and the transaction is approved, you will be presented with an order confirmation page. This page will have the links on it to download your eBooks. In most cases, when you click on a download link it will automatically launch your Adobe® Reader®. Once the file opens you can click the "Save" icon to save the file to your computer.
